My wife and I recently purchased a home using Mike for our mortgage needs. From the first correspondence to the funding issuance he kept us informed and was there to guide us through every step of the process. I was working crazy hours trying to finalize the mortgage and on several occasions Mike was up way past normal business hours (11pm) going over the paperwork with us (not something any bank would do!). During the process we had some trouble with the appraiser and Mike immediately jumped in and coordinated with the appraiser (even though it specifically states in the mortgage conditions that we, the homeowners, are to work with the appraiser directly). After working with Mike, we will never get another mortgage through another means as the level of customer service he provides cannot be matched.

Hi Mike, I just wanted to write you a letter thanking you for the ultra-professional and friendly service you provided me throughout the process of obtaining a mortgage through your broker services. You were always there to answer any and all of my questions and concerns, even after hours (I called you a few times in the evening asking about details of the loan application).
